Lighting Design

Holophane offer a comprehensive and professional lighting design service, which is free of charge. Our experienced and qualified lighting designers are on hand to provide full project support ranging from simple calculation plots to full complex 3D lighting designs.

NCP

This department deal with our requests for special or ‘Non­Configurable Product’. This resource can be used to meet any bespoke requirements that may exist. our team will work with our standard product range and make adaptations to meet onsite needs. Should you have a special requirement you can request a quote, at this stage our engineers will check the possibility of your request and calculate the associated cost implications. On the placement of order Holaphane will perform testing through our in-house laboratory. This is to ensure that the customer receives a compliant and high-quality product.

Field Services

Holophane have a dedicated field service team available across the UK to support our customers when unlikely issues or failures occur. Additionally, Holophane can offer full project support on Highmast installation projects.

Controls Commissioning

Holophane offers comprehensive controls commissioning services. A Holophane employee will be at site to install the controls system to the customers parameters and ensure that the system is fully functional and operating efficiently. As well as showing the customer how to operate the system. This provides customers with a comprehensive end to end service. The controls commissioning service includes night time installation, to ensure that the controls system is delivering the exact requirements of the customer, both during the day and at night.
