GENERAL TERMS
1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
1.1 In these Conditions the following expressions will have the following meanings unless inconsistent with the context: “Buyer” the person(s), firm or company whose offer for the Goods is accepted by the Company; “Company” Holophane Europe Limited; “Conditions” the standard terms and conditions of sale set out in this document together with any special terms agreed in writing between the Buyer and the Company; “Contract” any contract between the Company and the Buyer for the sale of the Goods or the supply of Services formed in accordance with Condition 2; “Goods” any goods which the Company supplies to the Buyer (including any of them or any part of them) under a Contract; “Quotation” the quotation issued to the Buyer by the Company following the Buyer’s request for the Goods or Services; “Services” any services which the Company provides to the Buyer (including any of them or any part of them) under a Contract
1.2 The headings in these Conditions are for convenience only and will not affect their construction or interpretation.
